Camera piccola - non pulita il giorno dopo - abbiamo dovuto richiedere asciugamani e carta igienica - Colazione scarsa. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggior cura riguardo la pulizia - mancanza di personale.

Great location, very friendly staff and very clean.

The aircon in the bedroom seemed under powered or in need of servicing since it took hours for the room to cool down. The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked but we realised that the size was clearly stated and we should have booked one of the bigger rooms.

Le personnel est extrêmement aimable et accueillant. Nous avons été très bien reçu et conseillé . Grace à Ha nous a on profité d’une excursion en 4 temps une des meilleures que nous avons fait en voyage . L’hôtel est très beau, intimiste le petit déjeuner est sur mesure et l’emplacement est excellent .

Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l’emplacement car le GPS détecte l’entrée de la rue il faut ensuite chercher un peu mais il est indiqué via le restaurant .

I had a fantastic experience here. The staff were super nice and friendly, always going out of their way to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the location is perfect - close to everything but still peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again!

My friend and I are very enthousiast about our stay with Ha and we want to go back some day. Thats how much we enjoyed our stay there. We had a really warm reception and treatment during our stay with a very personal approach and touch. This is thanks to Ha, who did her absolute best to give us tips about the trips and excursions we could make in Tam Coc. She booked all our trips and so personally created our travel schedule for Tam Coc. We really loved, enjoyed and appreciated that! We also loved the very delicious and tasty breakfast, of wich every product is local and home made and also made with love. The other hotel staff is also very kind and sweet, just like Ha! Our rooms were also very nice and clean and I loved my view from the balcony. We also really loved Tam Coc as a place to visit. Its so natural, beautiful and local. Our hearts are still there.

La camera sita all'ultimo piano era carina, armoniosa, con vista panoramica sulle montagne di tam coc. Colazione basica. Personale eccellente da 10. Helpfull, di Supporto ci ha consigliato in tutto Thank you Ha.

La struttura non dispone di ascensore, ma per noi, non è stato un problema. La piscina graziosa, ma molto piccola.
