The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located for visiting Tam Coc and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I also liked the small pool area and the overall cozy design of the property.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, and the room soundproofing could be improved. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Lovely hotel set way back from the main road, so very peaceful. The staff here are lovely, particularly the manager - she was so lovely to chat to, and arranged everything we needed (laundry, motorbike and taxi to the airport) all at extremely reasonable prices!

The location is great ! In the center of Ninh binh and the owner is really helpful and knowledgeable

The cleanliness is okay but could be better - the shower had a drain smell that was not pleasant and the breakfast was so so
