These hotels are set up for minimal staff contact however they came out and were incredibly helpful with us. The amenities were great and was as much a spa room as anything else.

受付の人の接客がすごく良かった 宿泊のはじまりからすごく気持ちが良かった 何もかもが綺麗でよかった

マンガも読み放題。ドリンクもお菓子もソフトクリームもあり、クッションもタオルの追加もできてすごく助かりました。

1人がマンガを取りに行くときに1人は暗い中で待つようになってしまうこと。でも、特には支障ないので良くないとまでもいかない。
