The **only highlight of this stay was the view**, which truly is amazing. Unfortunately, everything else fell far short of what’s advertised as “luxury.” The unit looks like the photos at a glance, but in reality it’s noticeably worn and in need of attention throughout. The furniture in particular is very worn and scuffed, which does not align with a luxury experience. Small details add up — for example, having a high-end refrigerator but relying on ice trays and a water jug instead of a proper ice maker or filtered water setup does not match a luxury standard. The building logistics were also frustrating. Check-in took an extremely long time due to crowding at the desk, and valet parking was chaotic. It took over an hour to retrieve my car, with people honking and standing around waiting. While this may not be the owner’s fault, it’s something future guests should be aware of. Also, there is no free parking before check-in — even briefly — which adds to the inconvenience. The **main issue, and the reason for this rating, was the broken A/C**. The unit reached 84°F inside, with poor air circulation despite running every available fan and window unit. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for a property marketed as “luxury.” The owner initially said the A/C wasn’t broken, then later claimed it had been fixed after I left, which was confusing and inconsistent. To make matters worse, the owner offered a partial refund, which seemed reasonable given the situation. However, once I made it clear I would be leaving an honest review, the offer was withdrawn. I was told, *“We cannot give you a credit and still get a bad review.”* This felt like I was being asked to provide a misleading review in exchange for compensation, which is concerning. At this price point, there are many better options available. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

La ubicación y el TV

Muy ruidoso está abajo del motor de esensor, las puertas no cierra bien, las camas son incómodas , el parking tarda 30 minutos en traerte el auto , hay olor a cigarrillo en los pasillos, no tiene black out .

La ubicación está bien para una primera vez en Miami,pero no regresaría al hotel.

No me gusta depender del valet tenia que esperar hasta 15 minutos por mi carro,así que si no le gusta depender de valet elija otro lugar en donde entra y sale en cualquier momento sin depender del valet

Der Ausblick aus der 18ten Etage ist einzigartig. Das "Penthouse" Appartment ist groß und voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Der Trainingsraum ist gut ausgestattet.

Das sogenannte Penthouse liegt Wand an Wand zu dem Fahrstuhl-Maschinenraum. 3 alte Fahrstühle in diesem heruntergekommenen Gebäude sind rund um die Uhr in Bewegung, man hört die Laufgeräusche der Winde und alle 5-20 Sekunden "knallt" die Bremse oder die Kupplung. Der Körperschall überträgt sich durch die Decke oder Wände, es hört sich an, als werden im Stockwerk darunter oder nebenan ständig Türen zugeschlagen. Wer die Ruhe und Exklusivität eines Penthouse erwartet, ist hier falsch. Die sehr laute Klimaanlage kaschiert es ein wenig. Das Appartment ist zwar voll ausgestattet, die Qualität der Ausstattung ist allerdings heruntergekommen und lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mit "Luxus" hat es wenig zu tun. Das Kunstlederbett ist zerfläddert, die Matratze viel zu weich, die Klimaanlage leistet nicht genug, so dass zwei zusätzliche Geräte in die Räume gestellt wurden, und deren Abluftschläuche einfach mit Klebeband an der Wand befestigt wurden. Die Küchenschränke fallen fast auseinander, die Eismaschine im Kühlschrank geht nicht. Gemäß Beschreibung gehört zum Appartment ein privater Pool mit Aussicht - diesen gibt es allerdings nicht. Es gibt die allgemein dem Gebäude zugehörige Pool-Terrasse, mit dem Ambiente eines vergitterten Pausenhofes einer städtischen Schule in Mexiko. Das ganze Gebäude ist baufällig und ungepflegt, scheint auch das älteste an der gesamten Avenue zu sein. Alles in Allem passt der Titel "luxurios Penthouse" nicht zu dem, was man vorfindet.

The ocean view is fantastic.

The apartment is in good condition, but it needs improvements; for instance, the closet needs attention and the mattress is way too soft. However, the worst part of the stay is the valet parking. While the staff members are friendly, the high volume of cars means the drivers can barely keep up. One night, returning around 11 PM, we had to wait in line on the street just to get in. Most waits were consistently between 20–30 minutes.
