Very clean and neat . Very good amenities and facilities.

Every staff was so helpful except one white guy.

The price was more affordable than other options which was good The bed itself was very comfortable and everything was clean

The listing suggested there was a kitchen to use which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay - for self catering facilities. However, there were no utensils at all, no pots and pans, no crockery, no way of using the Kitchen whatsoever.

There is 24hr security on site. The location is good with lots of local amenities. Quiet location. The property was very clean. On site launderette, entertainment room and gym. Nice touch of a little toiletries kits. One per person.

It wasn't an issue for us but people should be aware that the suite is a small room with a queen bed, wardrobe, desk and en suite with shower. There is a communal kitchen in each set of suites with kettle, toaster, oven and fridge. There were not any pots or pans to cook with - again no real issue for us but others may want to use the facilities. There is no tv in the room, just in the communal areas. Only 2 pillows on the bed but thankfully we always take our own just in case. Although towels were provided they were hand towels only.

Be aware that the wrong form will be sent out to you requesting student ID, even though you are not a student, so therefore you are unable to complete the booking form, also you need another form of ID uploading for each guest, which is not detailed anywhere and leaves you in a situation where guests haven't got anything to upload(in the case of children). All this has left me £169 out of pocket through no fault of my own for in excess of 3 weeks now, they agreed to a refund but are now going back on their word so im having to waste time fighting them and booking.com. Honestly it's not worth the hassle, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Mattress and Pillow-could be better. Reported after night 1 but nothing was done.
