No thing is good every single thing dirty

The bed was not clean and noisy the property

Trop compliqué le système pour avoir l'appartement. Pas de clé, on ne peut donc pas fermer. La personne en bas à l'accueil il est indispensable de lui donner les informations des locations (nom et numéro d'appartement) et lui demander d'expliquer comment a marche. Un message électronique n'est pas un système convenable pour la complexité du système. Je ne me suis pas douchée car les serviettes ne sont pas nettes.

Die Duschtüre ist kaputt. Man kann das Zimmer beim verlassen nicht absperren. Mega umständliches System mit dem Parkplatz.

Sharing room

Location was the greatest thing, only 10min walking to the city center and main attractions. The bedroom is comfy and clean.

We didn’t find the property secure at all, the main door is left unlocked the whole time and the bedroom door doesn’t have lock on the outside and we were insecure with our belongings when we was outside as anyone could enter in the property. The glass in the shower room is not secure as one side I had to ask my partner to help to close it as it almost fell down as it has components that were broken, the bidet sprayer was leaking and we couldn’t use it as the first attempt it wet the floor. There was no coffee in the container, the only tea bag seems to be used already and the sugar was with mould. And also there wasn’t glass or cups for tea, coffee or whatever. No remote control for the tele. The communication with the guest is poor, there wasn’t enough instructions on how to unlock the entrance in the building. He sent an instruction with video, but there was no information about the cell phone that was left on the bed to unlock the door. And finally, there was someone in the apartment making noise in the middle of the night.

Location, location, location. Clean and comfortable ensuite room with an amazing view! Host was very accommodating and friendly. Building is very secure. Fantastic stay, next time I'm in Belfast this will be my first choice! Thank you!

Reading other reviews I was a little bit concerned about the check in process. Although it was a little bit confusing at first, the host explained it well and included a video of the whole process. Keep in mind this all for ensuring the entry and safety of only registered guests!
