LA CIVETTA, Montepulciano apartment in Historical center, Free wifi

Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Montepulciano. Interamente ristrutturato, con cucina, 2 letti matrimoniali e addirittura due bagni! Perfetto per un soggiorno in quattro nel centro di Montepulciano, tornerei assolutamente:)

Non c'è un sistema di aria condizionata standard ma ci sono due Dyson a disposizione per rinfrescare l'aria ! L'unico punto negativo è che essendoci un bar molto vicino se volete andare a dormire presto si sentono le voci provenire dal bar

The advertising of the property indicates that has A/C, and that is not correct, they have 2 Dyson Fans and thats it, the owner or administrator of the property has another concept of A/C

Bardzo piękny budynek kamienno-ceglany w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie przybory kuchenne. Bardzo ładnie umeblowany. Bardzo fajne schody. Budynek w centrum miasta. Trochę ciężka droga z parkingu. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna.

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of town with good restaurants, cafes and bars around

Great place, cozy and with an authentic atmosphere. Excellent communication with the hosts. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful house great location

Airconditioners did not work It was very hot and the fans only run on high speed. No remote for fans. We did not sleep well as it was very hot with no aircon Only half a roll of toilet paper i. The one bathroom Otherwise a lovely place!!

It is a beautiful little apartment, perfectly located in Montepulciano. And the owners were very helpful and responsive. My only recommendation would be to install air conditioning and more ‘black out’ blinds as it was hard to sleep in the hot summer evenings…

The beds and pillows were comfortable. A great apartment for a short stay.

It's quite a walk from the car park, so pack wisely in an overnight bag to make it easier.
