This was a great location in the old town. The seperate kitchen and lounge room was comfortable and 2 bathrooms made it enjoyable. We loved our stay here and the owner was very accomodating allowing us to store luggage until our train left. Thank you

Perfect location! We were in Montepulciano to attend a wedding. Loved this scenic fortress-town! The airbnb was close to the Farina gate bus stop, the best restaurants and sandwich shops in town. Great separation of space (one bathroom for each of us!) Had AC, and lots of room to spread out. Added bonus was how responsive the host was to all my queries.
Montepulciano is a hill-town so inclines and steps are to be expected. Let’s just say, my knees got a work out going up and down the innovative steps to the bedroom loft. The risers were a bit steeper than my knees were accustomed to. :)

Modern in the old charm of the town. Well equipped.
Stairs to either side of loft areas a bit tricky - not for everyone, but worth it for the space and location. We were traveling w teens.

Beautiful apartment with lots of character. Loved the stone walls and everything about this place! Excellent location with everything within walking distance. Parking was nearby but still required you to navigate your luggage on the hilly roads. This is not a complaint, just a statement, as the whole town of Montepulciano is on a hill. Breathtaking views and overall a magnificent place to stay and visit. I've been all over Italy and this was one of my favorite spots of all! 10 stars!
