Great location, spacious apartment and free parking

Apartment in a poor state of repair, uncomfortable beds, bedroom window didn't close properly so we were kept awake by cold and noise from outside. Also couldn't close the curtains due to wardrobe placement. Poor facilities - only 2 glasses in an apartment for 4, nowhere to sit and eat food, couldn't turn lights off in kitchen, TV didn't have basic Freeview channels so no live TV. Dirty marks and bodged decorating in every room.
