Cleaning standards very poor, bedding dirty and bathrooms not clean. 2 small bottles of vape liquid in the bedside drawer so clearly not fully inspected. Concierge was abrupt, rude and not helpful, made us feel like an inconvenience.

It was better than expected especially for the price, very clean, well maintained, good location great stay. The host is fantastic too; we left a T-shirt there and as such they will be posting it out tracked for us, which didn't have to so we're very grateful x

Balcony was small but wasn't too bad

Perfect location, perfect place to park your car in a secure underground. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. Beds and sofa were comfy, spare duvet and pillow in the wardrobe. Lovely en suite bathroom and aesthetically pleasing. We rented for my daughter's 18th and used it as a base to go out round the city.
