Grand Sungkono Lagoon Apartment 2BR Surabaya by Le Ciel Hospitality

The apartment is nice, clean, and the view from the 38th floor is beautiful. We also appreciated that the staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we experienced an issue with the key/access system. However, the problem was resolved within about two hours, and the staff assisted us promptly.

Unfortunately, there were several other issues that affected our experience. There were many cockroaches and ants in the apartment, which was quite concerning. In addition, my husband was bitten by something, resulting in skin irritation. Another major issue was the lack of hot water during our stay, which was very inconvenient. While we enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the stunning view from the 38th floor, and the helpful service, the pest problems and absence of hot water significantly impacted our overall experience. We hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The view from the 38th floor was absolutely stunning. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. There is also a 24/7 McDonald’s just about a 2-minute walk away—perfect if you happen to get hungry in the middle of the night. 😃 Pakuwon Trade Centre and Ciputra World Mall are both around 10 minutes away, and the city center can be reached in about 20–25 minutes by Grab.
