Máire Toiréasa – cosy refurbished property in the Gaeltacht Quarter

As a family we enjoyed our week long stay, owners very helpful and supplied everything we could need including some food essentials. We got parked outside on the street and everywhere we wanted to visit wasn't far in the car. Good place for a stay in Belfast x

Comfortable place in a great location with very good public transport links to.the city and easy access to close-by parks and amenities. Clean and well equipped (especially with a washing machine!).

Supplied small snacks, was clean and tidy

The stairs were steep, so if you struggle with any injuries or carrying luggage this might be an issue. 2nd room bed was quite small just in case you are sharing.

The property was amazing had everything you would need was In a great location very easy to get transport to and from city centre would definitely recommend for a short stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this house about 30-40 minutes walk from the centre of Belfast. It's a very affordable way to stay in a city location, and the house is really lovely and homely. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The house is very clean and the beds very comfortable. It has everything you need and more besides. The basket of snacks, plus water and milk in the fridge were very welcome. We especially liked the fact that it had a small outside space, which had the sun on it for quite a while in the morning. The artwork on the wall out here is a nice touch. The house is located not far from the Falls road, and should you need it, has a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. If you are looking to stay in a good value for money property, away from the very expensive prices asked in the city centre, you couldn't do better. We can recommend it to anyone looking for this type of place to stay. If you don't want, or are not able to walk into the centre, taxis are very reasonable.

Cathy and Liam were very helpful with any requests or queries that we had. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. Nice location for what we needed and there's plenty of amenities in this area. I would highly recommend a short walk to Hatch for your breakfast. There are loads of buses going past the bottom of the street so you'll never need to wait very long and it's a very short journey from there into town. We'll definitely stay again.

It was warm and cosy. Property was clean and had everything we needed for the start of our stay including board games. You have the Glider and bus stops just round the corner, a pharmacy and a central. A decent walk into the city centre as well.

Property is in West Belfast, area is quiet and feels safe although it wasn’t easy getting a taxi from the opera house to the house at night.
