Modern house in City Centre with private parking and gated property

Well equipped kitchen immaculately clean. Comfy beds and the garden was a bonus as the sun was shining all day. Felt very safe and secure.

As it’s a town house if you’re on the top floor there’s a few more stairs. But really nothing we didn’t like. Great place and host.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Was super clean and organised and the owners were great with any communication we needed!

Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned upon our arrival. All beds were slept in and towels used. Nothing had been cleaned. Had challenges getting the property owner to answer phone until someone else from the party tried from a different number. It was rectified within a couple of hours, but it was very disappointing. It’s a great location. Gated community is excellent too, but I would hesitate on rebooking given the issues with cleaning and also due to the delay in receiving my security deposit back

Was very clean, rooms were spacious.

The property is located close to where I needed to be and close to local amenities. Also only walking distance to bullring and city centre activities. The host was very polite and treated me well. I would use them again. Received deposit very swiftly.

Clean, Tidy, SAFE! good kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, good location from city centre (10 min taxi)
