Nice location, house was very clean and close to the centre of Birmingham.

I didn’t like the idea of sending £100 deposit to a bank that wasn’t on booking.com.

"Ok for location and parking"

Property is located not far from the city centre and has free parking. Remote check in was easy.

The listing for the property isn’t very transparent about the fact that they charge additional sums for every guest staying (rather than a flat fee for the property) or the fact that they require a security deposit upfront. When I raised this they said it wasn’t their responsibility, but rather booking.com’s. The property is run by a rental company and communications reflect that e.g. as above and automated messages which come at odd times. House is generally ok but could have been cleaner. As previous guests have commented there are no blinds on the velux windows in the top bedroom and the garden isn’t really usable (overgrown and no furniture).

"Will definitely book again"

Loved the area in which this house is located in, not too far from the city centre. Also liked the fact it is in in a well secured area too with gates. We had no problems with the host they were very good on giving us information on what the code was for the gates, where we could park and how to enter the property.

Their could have been blackout blinds or curtains to stop the light coming into the bedrooms at very early hours of the morning which woke us all up, plus there were alot of light coming into the very top floor bedroom as there were no blinds and no curtains. This disturbed our sleep most of the time.
