Absolutely spotless- smelt amazing when walked in. Everything was so clean and tidy. Really friendly host! Had literally everything you could need and more! Had air con which a bonus!

Immaculate - home from home! The host thinks of everything and everyone! Lovely personal greeting and goodies for the children and pooch upon arrival - very thoughtful. Host has great knowledge of the area and helped with activities and places of interest - a lovely quiet area of the site but close enough to explore all the facilities - zero noise - bliss!

There’s nothing not to love about this property. Which is a lot coming from me as I have high standards and would absolutely say otherwise!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, homely and host was vert helpful and friendly. Host left us cupcakes and alcohol free prosecco - cupcakes for dogs also.

The accommodation is amazing. Everything you could possibly need and more. Very very spacious and luxurious. Tastefully decorated and accessorised. The photos do not do it justice. Location was great for us as it was only a short drive to Skegness and Ingoldmells. There was also plenty to keep you occupied in the lodge or on site if you prefer. Nice quiet location on the site to relax. The host was very friendly and helpful and obviously cares for her guests and properties as this shows throughout. Would highly recommend.

"Exceptional and luxurious caravan"

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely holiday home: it really felt like luxury. The home was clean, spacious and decorated well. It was most definitely the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in. Our host was very friendly and only a phone call away if we needed anything. There are plenty of facilities and activities such as a pool and evening entertainment available on the site for a small free each. We enjoyed that there is plenty to do inside the caravan too with a wii and board games, although we did not have time to use them. The cooking facilities were great too. I would recommend staying at this lovely home if you require a relaxing break by the coast. We will definitely be returning.
