Excellent central location just steps from Riverside Market, with easy access to the city's best food and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and well-appointed for our family needs.

The pin code door lock was unreliable - it often wouldn't engage properly, leaving us anxious about whether we'd be locked out each time we left. Despite a responsive landlord and a repair technician dismantling and reinstalling the lock, the problem persisted throughout our stay. Communication via Booking.com's app was also frustrating due to missed notifications and connectivity issues.

Easy check in until you try find the front door. Instructions could be a lot clearer. To receive the check in details you must pay $300 deposit before you receive the instructions. Cleaner arrived an hour early. Two steep narrow flights of stairs, one to reach the living areas and the second to reach the bedrooms and bathroom. Communication was easy, but refused to offer solution to shower situation. Deposit still being held. Immaculately clean - the cleaner is great!!

Shower was awful. The shower head fitting was extremely loose - this meant that the head would only work in one direction when attached to fixture. Direction was to the ceiling only. To shower you need to hold the shower head and wash your body with one hand. Three of us tried to get this working on the attached fitting but we’re all unsuccessful. When reaching out to the accommodation contacts they asked for a video to help with the future guests. They said there is nothing the can do to remedy this for us, but that it will help future guests. Shower is awful!! Cleaner arrived an hour before checkout.
