Everything was fantastic. The property is beautifully secluded and feels completely private, surrounded by water which makes it very special. The house itself was lovely and well-equipped, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh eggs and bread on arrival. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they even prepared a blanket and toys for our dog, which he absolutely loved. The location is perfect, with easy drives to Rye, Camber Sands, and Scotney Castle, and lovely walking paths right from the village. It was a truly relaxing and beautiful stay.

Beautiful and quiet location and all facilities you could ever expect. James and Debs are very fry and helpful.

The long private driveway is a little bit bumpy, though nothing serious.
