The service is top notch, front office is great. the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is commendable. The very easy access to the shopping mall is fantastic. The breakfast with indonesian food variety is amazing. Beautiful set up too. Can ask for delicious comfort fish soup! And i love the jamu drink options.

Need more towels and there were only 1 set of bathrobe & room sandal in our room. Need more guide on the AC setup in the room.

"Excellent value location facilities and staff"

Breakfast is on its own floor. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and had a great memory remembering my coffee orders from previous days. I was very impressed.

A direct entrance to the hotel by car would be handy. Instead of the circling, but the stay and hotel and staff nothing very much enjoyed my time
