Everthing is disappointing. N

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Cleanliness was clearly neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt gloomy and poorly managed. The hotel does not meet the standard expected for the price charged. We pay for cleaning fee for nothing.

Amat2 kecewa dengan tempat penginapan ini. Gambar dalam iklan langsung tidak mencerminkan keadaan sebenar. Saya baru check-in tak sampai 10 minit, terus keluar, sebab keadaannya terlalu teruk dan amat mengecewakan. Kami dapat blok B, block tu seperti bangunan yg ditinggalkan lama, kotor, berbau busuk & suasananya sangat menyeramkan. Malah, ada sesuatu yang berlaku sehingga membuatkan kami rasa tidak selamat untuk terus berada di sana. Keadaan dalam rumah yang gelap, perabot lama dan vibe yang pelik membuatkan kami ambil keputusan untuk tinggalkan tempat itu serta-merta.

The room comforts

Not really good.the aircond not really function,so better use fan. I don't now what,but from 10pm to 5am something noisy and can't sleep,sound likes someone knock your door, ceiling and wall but no one there,. Please make something about that.
