We stayed at Penthouse unit. Love the spacious balcony.

Strictly let us to check in at 3pm only when the entire 3rd floor is empty and it was weekdays. Has difficulty in opening the apartment entrance door. Should change their lock. It was only us staying at the 3rd floor. All other units are unoccupied. Checkout is at 11am. Does not make sense. Require to notify beforehand.

"Not memorable. Unsafe. Unclean."

It was eerie. Nothing much to be said about this so-called hotel.

Broken tiles, broken walls, horrible toilets. Beds not cleaned and seemed like someone was there before we came over. Literally an empty building and they gave a space called Penthouse that seemed nothing like it.

I need my refund back. I book 2 nite,but I only stay 1 night. So dirty,leaking bathroom, and I hv inform both property owner and booking.com. Till today I have not received any refund bck.

No responsibility here We as a guest lose money.

The theme park price is quiet affordable. Lots of empty parking lot..

Got bad leakage at one of the toilet.. Water pressures not good.. One of the fan was so noisy.. Cleanliness was so bad.. Lots of dust and lizard poop. Beds are covered with dust and not clean.. One of the power socket is torn off and it's very dangerous for kids.. Toilet sets are so old and moulded.. No utensils at all.. Only cups are available.. The stay was not worth for the money at all..

our living experience is very bad, we have checked in at around 9:30pm and then checked out at around 11pm. There are geckoes, ants and dust. Even the pillow has hair. I hope you can give me a refund.
