"Horrible"

The water theme park

One toilet was out of use.... nobody informed...there was 6 of us struggling to use only one bathroom.... The floor was dusty and Sandy and dirty...but cleaning fees of rm100 was imposed

"TOTAL DISSAPOINMENT"

Total disappointment as the unit was not ready when we checked in. We were extremely tired as we reached the unit at 3am and seeing the unit was not ready. We had to find a different hotel to rest due to the mistake of the host. I was with my aged mom and my sister. Full refund requested and both Host and Booking.com did not consider my request and I had to call 5 times to explain myself all over again and again and their reply will be host didn’t answer the call and they need to write email to host. Doesn’t Booking.com have a proper procedure for escalation on such scenario?? The issue is not settled ! But I’m sure they’ll be dragging and I’ve told them I’m writing a bad review

Nearby to beach

1) Hairs found on all pillows, 1 is even stinky, bedsheet is creased 2) Bathroom light on top of mirror not working 3) Book for 4 person but only 2 small bottles of water provided 4) Dressing table need cleaning 5) Cob web tanggling from ceiling 6) Cups provided but not spoon, even though 3 in 1 coffee is provided 7) Overall, property is badly maintained
