322 Large Modern 2-bedroom kingsize apartment city centre

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, there was a nespresso pod type coffee machine and the host was extremely helpful.

If I had been on my own I am not sure I would have felt totally safe on the walk from the place where you collect the keys then through the pedestrian subway to the apartment building TBH.

Very well located for trips into the city centre, just a 15min walk to the bull ring and 10min walk to Utilita Arena. Well presented property, clean tidy and comfortable, fantastic communication with the host.

Few items with wear and tear but nothing that caused any issues during our stay.

Broken window blinds in one of the bedrooms. Noisy extractor fans that permanently stayed on and disrupted sleep.

Nice apartment everything you needed beds very comfortable great location bus stop right outside 👌 host really helpful and communicates straight away if you have a problem

The apartment was clean, well appointed and was very quiet. Sarita was very helpful.

The check in process was a bit of a faff, as the shop where we collected the keys wasn't that close to the apartment. The actual process was smooth, but it was just a little inconvenient to have to go to collect them. Sarita was very helpful though.

lift not working on that side of the building, no plug for the sink in bathroom, blinds broke in one of the bedrooms, no hot water when needed on first morning but sorted for later in day

Spacious, clean and great location to where we needed to be. Host's communication was fantastic throughout our stay

It was a very cold apartment and the heaters took a while to get warm up but that is the only thing we felt could be improved but it did not dampen our stay and the duvets were lovely and thick.

Very clean and close to city centre, Sarita was a fantastic host gave clear instructions to collect keys and then onto apartment. Responded quickly to my texts if had query. Milk and coffee/tea lovely touch.

Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and lounge. Everything you need is available there’s an iron, dish washer, washing machine, fans for the bedrooms and extra towels if needed. The host was great, very quick at replying to messages and even checked we got there okay after check in. The location is perfect and the host sends everything you need to have a smooth check in. I’d highly recommend staying here.
