The apartment is modern, well furnished, we'll stocked, spacious and near central Birmingham with free parking. What more can you ask for? Well, there is one more. An accommodating host. She was very accommodating. We had last-minute requests to arrive earlier and leave later and she accepted these requests with no fuss whatsoever.

This is a minor quible. The coffee table hadn't been wiped properly, but that is all.

This is a spacious well appointed and comfortable apartment. We appreciated the tea/coffee and milk in the fridge on arrival.

The address is given on the Booking.com website as 165 Broad Street and this is not correct. The apartment is located in the Broadway Residences at the far end of Broad Street. This caused some confusion/delay when collecting the keys.

Excellent location in city centre, friendly reception from proprietor. Parking included. Spacious comfortable clean accommodation. Toiletries towels and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules all provided.

The flat is in a huge building with a maze of narrow corridors, feels quite impersonal. My biggest disappointment was no hot water resulting in a miserable cold shower in the morning. If it was not for this I would have been quite satisfied.
