The apt was very clean! You can see that the building is new, the condition of the shower, closet, etc are really good. The beds are really comfortable, the second room was perfect for the kids but I would not recoomend it for adults. We had enough place for 2+2 people.

Unfortunately the parking place is narrow, I have no idea how can you park there with bigger cars (SUV, combi...). Even if you reserve a place before, it is not sure that you get a place, be prepared. The shower cannot be closed perfectly. It is just setting, Agenzia Cocal, please check it. The same for the room doors: cannot be closed smoothly, please check. The apt is empty, you have to take care of toilet paper, dishwasher tablet etc. It is not a big issue, but better have the information before your trip, so you do not have to spend time there with shopping; and bringing a few items instead of buying big packages in Italy.

Втомлений ремонт. Погане прибирання. Вцілому відпочинок був гарним, але засмутило кілька речей. Перше - під час бронювання у вартості зазначалося що "включаючи всі податки та збори", але по прибуттю з нас взяли ще 15 євро туристичного збору. Друге - прибирання в номері було шахливим. Номер що на першому поверсі мав брудні плями на білих поверхнях всюди. Втім ми легко прибрали номер самостійно. Посуд мав засохші рештки їжї. Третье - паркінг не входить у вартість. Будьте уважні, його треба бронювати додатково.

Locatie foarte buna, aproape de centru si de plaja. Ai totul la indemana, magazine, restaurante in imediata apropiere. Un mare avantaj e locul de parcare.

Serviciile se pot îmbunătăți considerabil. Pentru un sejur de 6 zile, pentru 3 persoane, am găsit in apartament doar o sticluță de 20 ml de detergent de vase și o rolă de hârtie igienică. Nu au fost puse la dispoziție produse de bază, precum apă plata, produse de curățenie sau articole necesare pentru întreținerea apartamentului, deși acesta este dotat cu mașină de spălat vase și rufe. Pe durata șederii nu se face curățenie și nu există nici măcar un mop sa stergi apa de la dus sau un detergent pentru întreținere minimă. La un tarif de peste 200 EUR pe noapte, mă așteptam la un nivel mai bun de servicii și la asigurarea unor produse generale de uz zilnic, așa cum se obișnuiește în regimul hotelier, pentru ca acestea sunt apartamente in regim hotelier. După ce te aprovizionezi singur de la supermarket, șederea este în regulă, dar prima impresie lasă de dorit. În plus, locurile de parcare sunt foarte înguste și necesită dexteritate pentru a parca.

Good value for money, clean and perfect location

The checkout is a complete pain. You will need to cross town on the late day of holiday at 10am to give back the keys in hand because they either don’t have sufficient staff or can’t think an automated way of doing check-ins/check-outs. When told the staff she responded that they have 300 flats in Caorle and can’t go to all… better let the guests do the job. Haven’t seen something like this anywhere else.

Moderní apartmán s dvěmi ložnicemi (manželská postel/palandy), obývacím pokojem s kuchyňským koutem a rozkládacím gaučem a balkonem. Ve všech pokojích klimatizace, okna stíněny dálkově ovladanými roletami. Prostorná koupelna. Kuchyň obstojně vybavena. Povlečení a ručníky v ceně. Dostupná Wi-Fi. Možnost objednat parkovací místo.

Neuškodila by menší údržba kuchyňské linky (uvolněný dřez). Vyzvednutí a odevzdání klíčů na jiném místě (v kanceláři agentury).

Direkt gegenüber ein Riesen Sendemast , der die ganze Zeit brummte , kein Föhn, kein Fernseher obwohl Anschluss im zweiten Raum , nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier , überall schwarze Haare , keine Kaffemaschine, kein Spiegel außer dem im Bad, keine Garderobe obwohl genug Platz , Parkplatz super eng .. wir kamen kaum rein und mussten erst die müllkübel wegräumen um überhaupt eine Chance verstehen zu haben ! Auf dem Balkon grelles Neonlicht im ganzen Haus was sich nicht anschalten ließ .. grausig zum draußen sitzen ..1450 Euro für 5 Tage im August ! Nie wieder
