Location.

Apartment 103 - Missing part of the door in shower. Damaged tube in cooker hood. Not really clean upon arrival.

The location was great, close to the beaches and to the downtown Guys at the agency provided a parking slot close to the apartment and helped with all questions

The sink in the bathroom nearly didn't function :(

Nice, comfortable and clean appartment. Close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the center.

Very good location, in the centre of the city, but not loud. Close to the beach. New, modern, spacious, well equipped (aircon 2x, tv, fridge, dishwasher, strong wi-fi). Comfy beds, both in the bedroom and the foldable in the living room. Parking slot for the car - had to be booked in advance. Elevator. Terrace.

Garbage disposal underdimensioned, bins often overfilled. Glass & humid garbage @ 50m walking distance.

Small parking area, no toilet paper and just one pc. table for dishwasher

The Woody looks very nice and it was really comfortable accommodation comparing others in Caorle. We has an issue with air conditioning and Agenzia was really helpful, they send people there and came with the solution working for both sides. I can really appreciate the services from Agenzia Cocal.

Location - that was absolutely top, in a quiet street, but close to the Beach, restaurants and the city center. Parking - reserved spot under the building, perfect Very nice and clean apartment Possibility to check-in at 23:00 A/C in every room

Absolutely did not understand the lack of basic things... One roll of toilet paper for 4 people and 5 nights? Single dishwasher tablet?? Just two garbage bags? No soap at all? Why? You saved just few euros and forced us to buy all the stuff in a large package.. No full socket in the kitchen, had to use the kettle and rice cooker near the TV..
