Luxury Sun Soaked Devonport Waterfront 4BR Home

We had a getaway deal price, but honestly the beds and bedding were some of the best parts of the stay! There was plenty of room for all of us, and having two rooms with ensuites made it super convenient. The house was very clean, well laid out, warm and cozy, and we really appreciated the added security at night. The park across the road was such a bonus too. We’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this is definitely one of our favourites. The only small things we’d suggest would be connecting the TV in the main room and maybe upgrading to a bigger sofa one day — but honestly neither felt necessary, just potential upgrades if you were ever looking at improvements. Overall we absolutely loved staying here.

The location and it had everything we needed

Property was amazingly spacious...we travelled as 2 families and the bedroom layout and bathrooms etc were great. Was also directly across the road from a park which was a hit with the kids! Kitchen was great and well equipped. Garage opening height is nearly 3m which was amazing as we had our van and it fitted in easily.

Pillows were pretty uncomfortable in all rooms and although the house would fit 8 adults there wasn't much space in the lounge for us all to sit comfortably...in fact one side of the sofa appeared to have been broken and had been partially fixed which made it even more uncomfortable. The lounge furniture needs to be more spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is very spacious and incredibly clean. All of the bedrooms are huge, as is the living area and the aircon is great upstairs.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Felt very luxurious! A perfect spot to finish our vacation

The property was beautifully organised and clean. It had a pleasant outlook and easy access to a board walk near the sea, over mangrove swamp. At the other side of the street there was a wooden bridge that led to a path along which there were excellent views of Auckland and some splendid sunsets . From the path you could also see the Auckland Harbour Bridge lit up in a multitude of colours at night. It was truly lovely.

The property was lovely, comfortable and very modern. Unfortunately, the garage was quite small and would not fit our large car. This meant we had to park on the street. On our last night between 9pm and midnight dozens of young people who were drinking heavily, spilled onto the street from a nearby property. Five of them had a fight on the grass verge in front of the property, next to our car. This was a little scary, not least of all because my elderly husband felt he had to go out and move the car to a safer street about 10 minutes away. I text the property manager (who was probably asleep and therefore did not reply), to try to get some advice about what to do. In the end, just before midnight, a number of neighbours (thankfully) got together and managed to get the youths to leave.

De stopcontacten zaten in de slaapkamers op onlogische plekken. Je moest je bed uit om bijv. je telefoon aan de lader te leggen.

Very clean. Air conditioning and water system are working perfectly except the wifi which is working very slow.Overall we were very satisfied staying at the house.
