Glan Conwy House One and Two Bedroom Apartments

The accommodation was great value for money and while I am used to more, I found this apt perfectly good to stay in and well-equipped. I'm fussy with beds and thankfully, they were supportive and good. I asked for a high floor and it required some stairs but it was manageable without a lift. Best of all was the view. A 16th-century bridge by our windows and the renowned Tu Hwnt I'r Bont Tearooms directly opposite the river bank. Food is readily available at The Eagles Hotel and Bar next door . Tip: dine by the riverside and the onion bhajis and curries are good! Supermarkets are also an easy walk away. Wish I could stay for longer just to explore Snowdonia and North Wales better - Betws y Coed is 10 mins away, Snowdonia is about 15-20 min drive - with picturesque Glan Conwy as my base. Sigh.

Die Vermieter waren nicht erreichbar alle 3 Tage, es gab Probleme mit dem Codesafe und wir haben bei der angegebenen Nummer angerufen. Die Nummer war ausgeschaltet, es kam nie ein Rückruf. Beim Hauseingang hing auch ein Schild, dass die Wohnungen zum Verkauf stehen. Der Fußboden war extremst schmutzig, die weißen Socken der Kinder waren nach kurzer Zeit dunkel. Die Dusche war nicht benutzbar, alles voller Schimmel. Die Bettbezüge rochen modrig und sahen sehr gelb aus... Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Betten frisch bezogen waren. Am Schlimmsten war allerdings, dass auf dem Garagenbalken vor dem Küchenfenster Ratten liefen und man somit nicht mal lüften konnte. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns in dieser Wohnung mehr als unwohl - da konnte auch die schöne Aussicht nicht helfen.

Property is located at the supreme location specially the bridge and river view from the window is spectacular .

Fantastic location and very comfortable with all the amenities required for a lovely stay. No need for a TV just watch the entertainment of cars going head to head on the hump bridge. 10/10 view!
