"Exceptional"

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas the apartment was really spacious with lovely high ceilings and sash windows. Was bigger than I expected and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the living room was beautiful! Great location and Llanrwst has everything you need for your stay.

"Good value stay with everything you need for a few days."

V comfy bed and easy to control heating. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful views!

The sofa was terrible. V hard and no shape. No parking.

lovely apartment in Llanrwst, nicely decorated, great location, very convenient for visiting the shops etc. Right on the river with superb views of the famous bridge

no parking at the accommodation, but a big free car park a couple of minutes walk away over the bridge, so not a big issue really. Kitchen was a bit small with very little prep area, but overall very happy.

Location for a wedding we were attending at Hafod Farm

Not cleaned properly prior to our arrival - coffee rings on bedside tables, stains on sheets, floor dirty, kitchen units & fronts greasy Hob rings not working Vile putrid smell from bathroom No hot water from kitchen or bathroom taps Roasting tray & frying pans awful/dirty/rusty and unfit for use

"It was just right for our type of stay attending a family function."

The location, the host supplied very clear instructions for entry and also what was expected from us when leaving. The host also supplied great details on local amenities and travel information I.e. taxi numbers, bus serves etc.

The free Council Parking was a bit of a walk away across the bridge or there was pay and display. The 2 flights of stairs. However it was an apartment. The apartment was a little drafty. The 9am vacate seemed a little early. I am an early riser this wasn't a problem for me but I think it may be for others.

Spacious and modern, fully equipped. Wonderful view of ghe Conway in spate.

It was teeming with rain when we arrived and we had to park a bit away
