"Poor property - excellent location"

Excellent location

Bedsheets were unclean and possibly not changed. Towels were damp, unclean and smelly. Property owner / manager refused to change the same as well as were unapologetic about the inconvenience. They kept insisting that everything must be in order as their cleaners had confirmed that fresh towels and sheets were provided but that was not true. They refused to consider our complaint. It spoiled our family stay.

"Lovely Place…But a good service would have made it a even better experience"

The location and view was excellent….Apartment was comfortable as well…

Bath Linens were not enough for a 3 night stay…Cleaners never showed up for even once…All trash , Dish Washing were asked to do before checking out and the checkout was to be done by 10 am max..so basically we paid for the apartment only hardly received any services..all the instructions were given on msgs by the host…
