It was a good stay. You get everything you need for a short stay. Good location. Good communication with the host.

It could be a little cleaner. Windows were smudged with fingerprints, floors weren't cleaned. Carpets were covered in pet hair, it needed hoovering.

It had very clean air and was a very quiet area.😊

The only missing part is the internet and network problem.That's why I gave a negative rating for me and my family.😞

Good location and things to do on site.

We had some problems getting the keys as we were originally told the wrong box. When we found the right box the code had changed. Nevertheless, after a couple of phone calls we were able to enter. The chalet could have been a little cleaner, there were some cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, and there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything. Not coats, clothes or towels. We ended up buying an over the door hanger, just to be able to hang a couple of things.

We’re looking to get a refund the bed has bed bugs and my partner was bitten loads and the pictures to prove this we left early the following morning to go home 3 hour drive.

Beds were really comfortable. The chalet was spacious and nice.

The fridge was a little small.

The chalet itself was okay , nice location, unfortunately no changeover clean, I last minute booked so maybe mix up, not good tho
