The agent was very helpful when we spoke to him. The downstairs bedroom was ok. Although we didn't use anything in kitchen it looked ok.

The sofa bed is not suitable to sleep in. It is not a full mattress, just the 3 cushions from the sofa laid flat, they are all different heights and very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for 2 people, this apartment should not be described as suitable for sleeping 4 people. Some general maintenance needed. Sink cracked, tap loose, broken mirror, dust and cobwebs. Shower slow to drain and shower spray very difficult to switch off, had to use towel as extra grip to twist it. Duvet for sofa bed old and pillows dreadful and lumpy, crinkly and noisy. It would have been nice if duvet cover was on as we said we wanted to use both beds. Bath towels are small and not very soft. The bedroom and bathroom on ground floor, open plan living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen area upstairs. You are sleeping right next to the fridge. No plug point near a mirror, no soap in bathroom, we brought the one downstairs from the kitchen sink. Not sure if there is a carbon monoxide alarm, I coukdnt see ine a d aswas sleeping near the boiler and it was noisy was a bit anxious. Very disappointing overall.
