The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful ,welcoming and engaging. All the staff always beautifully presented and anticipating what we might need or want. They were so gracious and hospitable without ever being intrusive. They exemplified what a good hotel staff should be. We LOVED the shower!

In our room, the door between the bedroom and bathroom was see-through, so there was lack of privacy for the person using the bathroom.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Lorenzo at the front desk was the nicest person giving us great dinner recommendations. The view from the room was incredible.Location is great.

Hotel was in a great location. Great staff friendly went out of their way to provide us breakfast on the day. We were leaving very early.

Todo en Maniace es diseño, buen gusto y refinamiento. El arte envuelve cada ambiente y le dá un colorido especial. La atencion es en todo momento agradable, poniendo al cliente y sus necesidades como prioridad. El cuarto es excepcional, la cama cómoda, las sábanas del mejor algodón disponible - una caricia a la piel-. Es silencioso, sin embargo está ubicado dentro de la isla de Ortigia, que es muy circulada por turistas. Se cuidan los detalles en cada elemento. El desayuno fué perfecto, equilibrado y delicioso

El diseño del inodoro, es bello pero no es confortable.

Très bel hôtel. Chambre très confortable et petit déjeuner parfait. Personnel très sympathique. Nous avons été surclassés. L'Hôtel a vue sur la mer et est très proche du centre ville.
