Le style et les équipements modernes de l’hôtel sont parfaitement intégrés dans la bâtisse pour lui donner un standing chic et élégant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et le service attentionné.

Une piscine aurait été un vrai plus. Le service voiturier est excessivement cher 40€ et valable jusqu’à 13h. Si votre vol est en soirée, un supplément horaire est facturé. Les parkings sur Syracuse sont regroupés à l’entrée d’Ortiga.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, uniquely located on the Ortigia waterfront. This hotel is stunning and the staff are just wonderful .. but depending on when you stay it can be very expensive. There is also no parking but a very efficient valet parking service at €40 per day.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the location and room was incredible, and very appreciative for the upgrade and the room was given to us, thoughtful design and interiors curated in every detail

The arrangement for parking could be made more convenient for customers, the room was excellent, maybe a music device with a little Bose speaker
