Stunning 3 Bedroom Period City Centre Apartment

Location was good.

I had issues with dishwasher not working, water leakage from ventilation and boiler not working.

We loved the building with its original staircase and fabulous sash windows. The flat was lovely, very centrally located and comfortable.

After booking there were constant requests from a third party insurance company (on behalf of the flat owner) for extensive personal information (enough to steal your identity) for security checks and for a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. After a lot of back and fore with the letting agent (who was helpful) I managed to skip part of this process. This created some anxiety about having booked and whether I'd be able to get the keys. Post-booking requirements should be made clear on the booking.com advert and not an unwanted surprise.

Great location, big rooms, kitchen quite well equipped

kitchen was dirty when we arrived, and did not get cleaned even after complaining to the management. Windows don't really close, so could get quite loud from the street.

Location is wonderful and property was very clean.

Beds were not comfortable, lots of noise from the street until late at night, kitchen not well appointed, toilet ran the entire time and though we contacted the owner/manager, we never heard back.

The location of the property was ideal other than the Friday late evening revelries from the local pubs which did go on into the early hours. Overall a lovely property of which I will recommend once I know the toilet issue has been resolved.

The toilet was continuously refilling all weekend I did notify the organisers and expected this to be rectified during our stay but this didn't happen. The curtains in the twin bedded room did not fit the window?? A mirror in the front double bedroom would be useful.

Central location, large rooms

Very noisy so hard to sleep. The trade off for such a central location but windows could be better to block some noise

Twin room had small window with a curtain too small to cover window Toilet was not working properly on arrival on Sunday after 4 pm Took many phone calls and text to get a repair done by Monday afternoon Very noisy screaming people on floor above during night ( this maybe a temp thing ) Some street noise very late night but then it was a central location to be fair
