Very clean, very convenient location, helpful and communicative hosts

A little difficult to get in as an exact time had to be arranged to get into the building- we had to wait for somebody else to enter the building to get through the door as we arrived early. (Our fault there, to be fair!) That said the owner was very communicative and helped where they could to get us inside.

"Great Customer Service"

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the electric so we couldn’t stay at the apartment. I’m only writing this review because the owner was brilliant! He offered us another place to stay further out of the city. Not ideal, but he gave us money for taxis and some drinks to apologise.

No electricity - see above comments.

"A total sham"

Location

It was a scam...they are not supposed to sub let the room in the apartment block. The login details wouldn't work, tried to call and the voicemail box was full. Emailed them and 10 minutes later i got a message to try the login again, obviously didn't work as the apartment company had turned off the re routing the login to a mobile phone. The sent a message stating will send a video how to log in, it will take 2 minutes they said. 15 minutes later the video had arrived showing me that i could get a key fob from.a lock box outside a shop a few doors down. I had already contacted Booking .com before the video to complain and they sorted me out with alternative accommodation as they could see the messages from myself and the people i booked with and Booking.com stated they would investigate them ..a total sham this booking was
