Excellent Leeds City Center 1 Bedroom Apartment

Great location and well equipped apartment.

Excellent apartment, exceptional location. Very clean and roomy. The only downside was the bed was very small, comfortable but small

Property was in a grest locatiom, very central. Sound proofing must be very good, as even though it is situated near many bars and restaurants, we barely heard anything from outside, and nothing from above or next door. Easy to access, and had plenty of space for the same price as many hotel rooms. The washer-dryer worked very quirtly and efficiently. Hosts were exceptionally helpful with queries and changes i needed to make to booking due to medical emergency. The lroprty provides all the basic essemtials for a good night's sleep, with added bonuses of your own cooking and laundry fscilities. Would recommend it

Cleaning could be better. Looked and smelled clean and presentable in general but full length mirror in the bedroom was covered with visible lsyer of dust and area around electric hob was not 100% clean. Freezer provided, but top 2 of 3 drawers were frosted up so badly only the bottom one would be usable. As a relatively short person i found the cupboard with glasses and crockery in it imposdible to reach and no stepstool provided, though a clean plate, bowl and mug were left on the counter. Would also be good for the cleaners to water the plants hanging from curtain rods as the ome in the lounge looked half dead andxdried up.curtains for the full length window in lounge were not quite wide enough, but the bedroom blackout blind worked brilliantly.

The view and location was brilliant we used it for the first direct arena which you could see out window, was clean and spacious aldo had everything in we needed

The sofa bed could do with being a bit more comfy and some bedding for it, otherwise all good

Super comfy, cosy and organised. All plates, cups and cutlery were organised for us to use as we needed. Bed was super comfortable and soft.

Only issue was that the temperature dial on the shower didn't work, we could still shower however the water was really hot.

Good view, good location.

Not enough pillows & bedding.

Proximity to the centre

There were limited places to sit/eat (only two barstools and an office desk chair, and a kitchen island but no table). The sofa bed is on the uncomfortable side but okay for 2-3 nights.

Flat was very warm, clean and comfortable in a central location. Staff helpful with parking locations and other information.

Freezer needs defrosting, but we didn't need it.
