Fabulous 2 Bedroom House just outside Edinburgh

Everything. Great location. Lovely hosts.

The owner could not be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The house was immaculate. It's better than home from home. The bathroom & kitchen were stunning. It is perfectly located for us to attend a family wedding.

If there was anything I could suggest, it would be possibly a small TV / radio for upstairs. We had an 18 month old with us, and he is not used to stairs. We spent a lot of time upstairs for this reason.

Beautiful clean accommodation with ample parking, we were met by the owner for hand over and any questions. There beds were so comfy, rooms were huge, lovely bath, well maintained and serviced kitchen.

We arrived to find its a shared home, which was ok as it was big enough for us but on reading I believed it to be the entire home and grounds. There’s no grassed area to sit and enjoy although the view from the bedroom showed a lovely sunny private garden which would have been lovely in the evening after our exhausting fantastic days out The only thing needed inside was a toilet brush

A super clean and really comfortable spacious house. It was right on top of some lovely walks and cycle ways too. Getting into Edinburgh was quick too.

One minor comment would be the lack of outdoor space to the house. A small section of garden would have been really nice as it meant there was nowhere to sit outside in the sun. The lounge is downstairs (with the kitchen upstairs) which is very dark and cold as it doesn’t get much light so a garden would have helped.

Handy location, clean, comfortable and homely.

Location for our event perfect, rooms really spacious, accommodation well equipped.

A road into Edinburgh as atrocious, multiple roadworks, very slow. Nothing to do with the accommodation.

The rooms are tidy and clean.

Great location - quiet but easy to commute to Edinburgh area. We were visiting a family member at the Infirmary which was 15 mins away. Well equipped house and more spacious/comfortable than a hotel. Shops close by for food etc.
