Flat with whirlpool bath in the historic centre

This is a very roomy apt in good, modernized condition. But much of the space is simply empty. I loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the fresh herbal scent of the shower gel.

It's unfortunate that there is no washing machine for longer visits. The shower enclosure leaks onto the floor at the end near the drain (away from the open end). The bathroom wash basin and faucet are a disaster. The management company should find ways to send info more concisely and efficiently rather than dump massive WhatsApp messages in the middle of nights.

The location is very good and the whirlpool was amazing. The room exceeded our expectations, it is modern, clean, and overall awesome as it has everything you need. We traveled along Italy and this was the best room we stayed at by far and at the center of Perugia.

Everything was awesome and the host was incredibly responsive. The only comment would be that travelers arriving by car should be aware that the area around the room is ZTL so they should check not to enter during the hours of prohibition. Dante will explain everything you need to know though so make sure to ask!

Lovely facility in a great location! Clean, wonderful shower, comfortable bed with nice linens. The kitchen had a very good stove and high quality pots and pans for cooking the great ingredients found at the market. Dante was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. A real gem in a fantastic city.
