Everything is arranged remotely via WhatsApp but the staff were so helpful whenever we needed anything - they even gave us early check-in to help us out with work commitments. The smart key access to the building and the apartment was fun to use and worked well for us. Beautiful, modern appointments throughout with a lovely shower, dishwasher and pretty well-equipped kitchen. WiFi was excellent for video calls and the kitchen table was a good desk for working at. The apartment location is excellent, very close to the cathedral and various wine bars, etc but still quiet and peaceful as it looks out onto a quiet side street.

Two people working at the same desk was a bit cramped, but probably most people wouldn't be doing this crazy thing. Be aware that the (public) parking is a bit further away and there are some steep hills - but Perugia is a hill town so it's expected!

Excellent location, very kind owner, who was giving response to each question immediately and was ready to help with everything for us to be comfortable. Very nice place to spend a few days to sightsee the city. A lovely area just near the main square, and the city - is completely charming and totally worth-visiting! We enjoyed our staying very much :))

We had an excellent stay at this centrally located accommodation in Perugia. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. The property was very clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing me with plenty of information about the area and recommendations for places to visit. I really appreciated their attentiveness and friendly nature, making my stay all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hot tub, which was a great addition to the already fantastic accommodations. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Perugia. It's centrally located, clean, and comfortable, with a helpful and friendly host. And the hot tub is definitely a plus!
