Die Lage perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist prima!

Die Sauberkeit! Das Waschbecken war verstopft, wir mussten mit radikalem Abflussfrei vorgehen, damit überhaupt das Wasser ablief. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich von innen kaum öffnen. Der Herd war verdreckt. Es gab kein einziges Küchentuch. Keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Der Fensterladen im Wohnzimmer kaputt. Das Küchenfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Und so weiter…

La ubicación es muy buena y el alojamiento está reformado. Buena limpieza y agradecimos el que nos dejaran entrar antes de la hora.

No disponía de wifi cosa que considero fundamental. Por otro lado, el recibidor es muy grande y quizás se podría aprovechar ese espacio. La ventana de la cocina estaba rota y tenía un cartel pero he visto reseñas y al parecer esa ventana lleva rota 1 año.

The best thing about this apartment is the location! The apartment is huge and on a very good location, but needs a host! Any kind of hosting!

No communication with anyone! We were not felt ourselfs welcomed, not at all! One coffee for two of us, for 6 days! Ahh, thank you, we don't need it! The worst thing was the hygine! The apartment is beautifull, but not taken care of. Not at all. The bathrooms floor is full of previous guests long hairs! I called someone first day, upon arrival, for someone to come and clean it, and she said 'next morning' - and she newer get in touch with me again. 6 days in dirt! No plastic bags in the trash cans, not in the kitchens, nor even in the bathrooms! The dishes are so, so dirty, full of stains... not wased at all! And the top of all was when I excidently droped somthing od the bedrooms floor... there was a surprise....!!!! I can't even describe what is under the bed! Absolutley disgusting! Not cleaned for weeks, or months!!!. Tons of dust and dirt, forgoten socks, someones toothbrush, peace of dirty papiers.....a lot of long hairs.... so, so gross! Kithcen window can't be opened, and is also very dirty! Noone asked us - do we need anything? Is everything okay... when do you leave the apartment?? - Nothing - no communications at all! For us: this is NOT the way how to rent a flat, wait for the guests, and host them! Very, very poor!

Very clean, large, and comfortable apartment. Fantastic location close to the city center.

Great location, with great view and even better view from the terrace

Very hot inside. There is AC but you are not allowed to use it (there are no remote controllers) and only for fan for whole apartment. The sofa-bed was pretty hard.
