The apartment has central location and its spacious.

There is no airconditioning in the apartment. The equipment is there, but you cannot use it. It is very hot in the apartment, since it it on the 8th floor. The windows are very old and some of them don't work, so it's very difficult to create a bearable temperature in the summer. There is no WiFi, at all. There is no corkscrew, a part of the coffee machine was missing. The apartment is alltogether very ill-equipped. The sofa bed in the living room is incredibly uncomfortable. The rooftop terrace is disappointing, the whole place has an atmosphere that no one really cares about it.

The apartment made a great impression—everything was top-notch: cleanliness, comfort, and location. The only point I'd like to mention is the lack of Wi-Fi. However, this wasn't an issue as we were aware of this condition in advance and were prepared for it. Overall, everything was excellent, highly recommended!

Massive apartment, really comfortable bed and sofa and great view from all windows! Would really recommend. Great location and street parking outside free over night and cheap if needed during the day

The location of the apartment is very convenient to transport to the city center is a stone's throw away, everything is beautiful and cozy. But there was a big minus - the air conditioners in the room did not work. Because of this, it was very hot. The temperature in the apartment reached 32 degrees. I wish everyone a good rest.

The property is located in an building at the 8th floor with elevator access. The info we got from the hosts on whatsapp was more than helpful to locate the place and collect the keys. The apartment was very big and well equipped for all the needs of a traveler: from cooking appliances to dishwasher and many more including cutlery and a lot of dishes and glasses. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big, the apartment had central heating and AC all fully functional. The location is about a couple of bus stops from Piazza Principe railway station and about 20 minutes by foot to the Porto Antico and a Carrefour shop is almost next to the building. Don't miss the historical elevators that are a couple of blocks away from the building, that are taking you to a nice sightseeing point.

The communication with the host was a little bit impersonal, everything was done only on whatsapp. I do not have a problem and I understand that the host cares for the well-being of the property and doesn't tolerate if the guest leaves dirty dishes, does not empty the trash cans or leaves the lights on or leftovers in the fridge, but the tone of the pdf that informs you of the surcharges for such problems is a bit unfriendly. It gives you a little bit of stress since no one comes to check the apartment on your departure and you have to trust the host is honest and will not charge you for nothing. Therefore, when we announced the host about our checkout we also send them a set of pics with the state of the apartment, showing the empty trash cans, the empty fridge and the fact that we did not leave dirty dishes. As a small note: the entire apartment has wooden floors, including the bathroom and this might be a bit unpleasant for some people as the walk-in shower is only closed on three sides and water might splash on the floor
