Redesdale View, High Street with Private Garden

A lovely unit right in the centre of a picturesque village. We loved our stay here - we really appreciated the Christmas Tree!

Located in the heart of the village and close to grocery stores and pubs

No dedicated parking

The location is great - right in market square. The host clearly communicated check-in and check-out instructions. The apartment is large with a kitchen area, a dining room, a small living room, and 4 bedrooms. Apartment also has a washer which was very convenient. The host also left a bottle of wine and shortbread cookies for us, which was greatly appreciated.

We were traveling with teenagers and they were a bit spooked staying in a much older looking home with floors that creak. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and most of the bedrooms are another floor up, so if you have mobitliy issues, it may be a bit challenging.

Spacious, well-decorated, very clean, central location. Good communication from hosts.

We visited during an exceptionally hot time of year, and it would have been nice to have some fans to help keep the place cool. Since the flat was on a busy street there was a lot of noise with windows open. However, this wouldn’t be an issue most of the year, as the windows have double panes.

Character residence with heaps of space. We had an issue and the owners were excellent in addressing it quickly.

The stairs are steep - ok for us others might find it difficult

The location is exceptional. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Linens and towels very nice.
