La casa è molto.accogliente, è curata nei minimi particolari. Vicino ad una spiaggia bellissima, nera vulcanica, mare stupendo e 5 min a piedi da Marina Piccola di Lipari.

"Gemütliche Ferienwohnung"

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz nah an einem kleinen Strand. Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet. Einer von uns ist gehbehindert und Federica hat uns beraten, wo wir am besten parken können. Die Wohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Matratzen sind schon etwas durchgelesen, aber für die paar Tage war das nicht schlimm.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: consigliatissimo! La proprietaria è molto gentile ed è super disponibile anche per consigli su cosa visitare, servizi della città o altro. Un punto forte è sicuramente il check in che non richiede la presenza: abbiamo fatto tutto in autonomia e arrivando molto tardi e andando via davvero presto questo è stato molto comodo. La casa è situata vicino al centro quindi in una posizione molto comoda, inoltre è in una posizione bellissima perché è praticamente sul mare (la prima spiaggia è a 20 metri). La casa è molto carina e ben curata, la stanza matrimoniale è ampia e spaziosa, più piccolina invece quella con il letto a castello (consigliata in particolare per bambini).

In realtà per il rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo non si può dire proprio nulla.

Veramente consigliata. Posizione fantastica sia per il centro che per la spiaggetta vicina che per girare l'isola. Appartamento spazioso, con ottima cucina e bellissimo patio coperto e piccolo giardino per mangiare e/o rilassarsi sotto il sole. Federica è stata gentile e premurosa, dando consigli sulla città e restando a disposizione per ogni evenienza.
