"Everything went well but wont consider if I’ll visit for leasure."

There is a grocery store downstairs. Cooking is possible, but they only have a small frying pan.

This is the first time here I’ve encountered having to pay a service fee on top of the amount I paid upon booking. I never expected there would be hidden charges. I booked a room here in Tagaytay but they never asked me for service fee. The location is not ideal if you want to explore Metro Manila, as it is not accessible via MRT or LRT. You have to book a Grab to get to places, which will cost you more.

"With hidden fees. REFUND IS SUPER HASSLE!"

With hidden fees!! They’ll ask additional fee for cleaning ₱550 but there’s cockroaches in the comfort room. With security deposit of ₱2,000 - refundable but IT TOOK 3 and 1/2 DAYS WITH LOTS OF FOLLOW UP BEFORE I GOT MY MONEY BACK. SUPER HASSLE!! No towel nor any toiletries available.

The view and location. Near to my place and accessible to nearby malls.

Lack of information such as host only accepts cashless transaction like deposit upon arrival on the day to check in considering of jetlag of guest. Additionally, the communication was a bit delayed upon return of deposit upon check out.

One thing I can say SCAM!

Everything! The owner wants to pay you more. It's a scam. Aside from the post they want you to pay a much higher amount than the post and they didn't even want you to return your payment. Such a bad experience. Don't ever book here!
