Sunny rooftop loft with gorgeous views of Olbia

Nice terrace Large dining/living room

Apartment on the 3rd floor. Elevator has been broken for a long time (see also review from Aug 4, 2024) Kitchen is small and poorly equipped. See photos (small sink, no oven, primitive stovetop). Several items are broken: Blinds in the living room don't work. If they do work, they are difficult to operate. Closet door in the bedroom doesn't close. No clothespins. Bedroom has no air conditioning (only a fan). In my opinion, the apartment is too expensive in this condition.

Gorgeous view and spacious. We walked and bused everywhere and swam everyday at great beaches.

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The views were incredible, especially the sunset from the big terrace. The facilities are great and the flat was very clean and spacious. You're also 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will take you into central (if you don't fancy the 10/15 minute walk around the marina), the airport and to any of the local beaches. Great value and would definitely stay again next time in Olbia!

Appartamento luminoso con vista spettacolare. La cucina completa di ogni utensile utile e l’ampio terrazzo regala la possibilità di fare cenette con vista mare e tramonto. Si trova parcheggio di fronte alla struttura o anche nella via perpendicolare. Host super disponibile!

C’è un ascensore “meccanico” utile solo a trasportare i bagagli e un po’ rischioso per le persone.

Las vistas son top, el piso está súper bien y tiene todo lo necesario y más para pasar una excelente estadía. La atención de Dario y Natasha increíble. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Esta cerca de todo !!

Lo único que mejoraría para que todo sea perfecto es el colchón de la cama (según mi pareja). Pero de verdad que todo es excelente !

De accommodatie is heel schoon en netjes met een prachtig dakterras met zowel zon als schaduw. Ruim opgezet en op loopafstand van het centrum. De reactiesnelheid van de eigenaar, als we een vraag stelden.

Overall was het een super locatie. Wij zouden zo terug komen. Als je iets moet noemen dat is de bandbreedte van de wifi wat beperkt voor de huidige tijd en de keuken is een beetje eenvoudig. Dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar zou voor iemand anders een punt kunnen zijn.

Wow… this apartment is an absolute gem! We’ve never experienced anything like this – especially not for this price! The place is spacious, beautifully furnished, and has literally everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay: • A large terrace with breathtaking views, • Big, open rooms, • Air conditioning, fans, • Washing machine, iron, drying rack, • Two sofa beds and a separate bedroom, • Fully equipped kitchen with freezer, • Jacuzzi/bathtub, • Even a beach umbrella and sunbeds on the terrace! They’ve truly thought of everything. It felt like a luxury hotel – but with more space, comfort, and privacy. If something like this existed in Alghero for the same price, we’d go there every time – or just buy it outright! We’re giving this apartment a solid 5 stars. It’s unbelievable what you get for the price. Highly recommended.
