Central Falmouth Flat with Free Parking

Lovely apartment. Good size lounge/dining room. Perfect for a couple or small family like ours. Dishwasher was a nice treat as we don’t have one at home. Having parking was great because a lot of the surrounding properties don’t. The owners who live downstairs were really friendly and just left us to it unless we needed them. There is a studio flat in the same building that we may bring my mum and dad to stay in next time.

They don’t have a washing machine but there are local laundrettes. The walk into town and back is either up and down a steep set of steps or quite a long, steep hill. It was absolutely manageable even with a pram but would be a bit of a struggle for anyone with real mobility issues, you may need to drive up and down and park in town.

Absolutely beautiful place, great location, warm welcome and care during our stay, lovely decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. Fantastic place, we spent a very comfortable week there

Great apartment in walking distance to Falmouth town, perfect as a base for exploring the town and surroundings. Stylish, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Check in and check out instructions were communicated in advance and comprehensive. Lockbox made the check in very easy. Shampoo and body wash provided.

Our stay was overall good. Bathroom could have used more hand soap and toilet paper, and WiFi became unavailable on our last day (no response from host). The noise from the ground floor flat carries, so a lot of murmuring can be heard but otherwise quiet location.

Owners very helpful and caring . Short walk to ferry terminal, great shopping & refreshments.

Walk to shopping & ferry on steep hill as are all the streets in Falmouth.
