Central Falmouth Flat with Free Parking

Quiet, convenient, clean, good communications from management.

Freezer didn't seem to seal properly - had to defrost to get it open and clean up puddle on floor.

My third visit to this great apartment. Perfectly located and only a short walk to the town centre. Off street parking is a bonus.

Location was perfect, ten minute walk into town and ten minute walk to the university. Amazing view from the apartment.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare, we were lucky to find a space but it was very tight with cars on either side of a narrow road and lots of manoeuvring the car to park.

The apartment is in a great location for Falmouth town, just down the hill and super close. It's also a short walk from the stations for people arriving by train. The lounge is spacious and pleasant and the kitchen is well equipped. The fresh milk in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch.

The mattress in the bedroom didn't quite meet the same high quality of the other furnishings, and some elements of the bathroom could be tidier. Arrival was a bit difficult.

Location was great and the flat was really layed out well and very comfortable.

Parking was quite tricky but that is all of Falmouth really

Nice living space. Clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and sofa. Modern kitchen and well equipped. Good location for town centre but does involve a steep climb back. Good local pub.

Bathroom looking abit ‘tired’.
