The unit is in the prime location and walking distance to everything you would need. The place is big enough to accommodate my kids and I. The host was responsive to all my queries. Overall, it was a great stay.

"Host not responsive !!"

We’re very very disappointed by the host - very unresponsive & cold. We sent all our details in advanced then we got there at the reception, it was not properly communicated!! We tried to call her & not answering. Found it very unapologetic impersonal. The flat is clean & modern, but quite small. Will not stay here again.

"Convenient and comfortable stay at the Uptown Bonifacio area"

Clear, complete instructions were provided via the Booking.com messaging platform ahead of time about property rules, procedure on arrival (how to register and get key to the unit). We were a group of 2 adults and 1 child and the room had ample space for us. The unit pretty much had anything you could need. Host was responsive to messages before and throughout our stay. Many thanks!

Upon arrival, front desk advised us that our visit was not endorsed and I was asked for the host name, which I honestly had not thought to ask being it the first time I ever booked a condo property on Booking.com. It eventually got sorted out so it was a minor inconvenience.

Excellent location in the BGC area. Great for walking around during the day and night. lots of stuff going on. Was a great place to stay with family.

Coming to the Philippines to the first time, it would have been nice to get an airport pickup or at least advice on how to get a taxi. From Terminal 1, there are no taxis and everyone used the app Grab to get a car. Also this location can not store your luggage as it is apartments not a hotel.
