We had the ground floor back bedroom. Was nice and quiet. And we slept well as we were quite tired. Spacious room with bathroom. And upstairs is the shared kitchen which is clean. We didn't see the shared lounge . But we will stay here again.

Attractive room Free parking place opposite. Near bus route. Room clean, (Pity the cleaner had left all the cleaning sprays, etc in the bathroom.)

We were promised the key code 30 mins before we arrived.We were 30 mins late and still no code. Phone help made it feel this was our fault. We were sent an e-mail asking for £100 deposit because we had missed one asking us to sign T&Cs about being silent, not partying or disturbing other guests. Having convinced the hosts we were in our 70s and unlikely to transgress any house rules, we were a little annoyed to be interrupted about 4am by fellow guests who hooted yelled and stomped around for about 40 mins
