Staff the way they behave, cleanliness and particularly Mr Arnav the manager he was good With his behavior and arranged things asap everytime.

kitchen still not fully setup but I got some particular food for my daughter made in their kitchen. Which made us happy.

Best hotel in Newtown.. excellent rooms. Very good service and the attention from the staff is perfect. The owner of the hotel Abhishek is very friendly and takes care of the needs of guests as his utmost priority. I stayed for 4 days and was completely satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Rooms are exactly as shown in the picture. This is just a premium class hotel for business class travellers at a very good rate. It will definitely be my first preference to stay next time i visit kolkata, no second thoughts about it.
